Qualifications

1. Be a U.S. citizen or legal resident;
2. Both husband and wife must be between 28 and 68 years of age;
3. Be married, or a cohabiting couple, have a combined Gross Annual Income of at least $60,000;
4. Have not participated in a Westgate Resorts sales presentation within the past 12 months;
5. Bring, as proof of ID, one picture ID verifying residence at the same address, and one major credit card (American Express/MasterCard/Visa/Discover) Debit or pre-funded cards are not accepted;
6. Both parties attending the sales presentation must understand, read and speak fluent English or Spanish without the benefit of an interpreter; and If you and your spouse or cohabiting partner (if applicable) are eligible for the incentive, then both of you must attend and complete a 90 minute sales presentation on vacation ownership.
7. Failure to meet these requirements or complete our presentation will result in your credit card being charged $300 in addition to the rate paid for your reservation.
8. Residents of Horry and Georgetown counties are not elegible for the promotion.

Terms & Conditions

Attendance at a 90-minute Westgate Resort sales presentation is required. All persons must be U.S. Citizens or Legal Residents (Green Card) between the ages of 28-68. If married, both husband and wife must attend and complete the 90 minute sales presentation together. Combined annual income must be at least $60,000 with a major credit card. Guests must present a major credit card and valid photo ID at the tour reception desk. You are ineligible if you have previously toured a Westgate Resort in the past 12 months. No "group" tours will be accepted, no more than two families occupying the same villa. If you have a reservation with us, we cannot offer another reservation to other friends or relatives of yours, but they can stay with you in your villa if the maximum occupancy allows it. A $300.00 penalty will be imposed for groups (relatives, friends, neighbors, etc,) travelling together with two or more different reservations. All reservations are subject to availability and based on a first come, first served basis. Date changes made within 72 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a charge equal to the rate of one night's accommodations. Cancellations must be received in writing 7 days prior to arrival. Guests who fail to check-in on the date confirmed will incur a "no show" charge equal to one night's stay. Failure to attend the sales presentation, or failure to qualify, will result in a $300 penalty charge to your credit card. No refunds for early departures. This offer is not refundable, not transferable and is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. This project is registered with the New Jersey Real Estate Commission. IMPORTANT NOTE: Participants in the promotion who do not meet the qualifications set forth in the above Details of Participation, including those who fail to attend the sales presentation, will have charged to their credit or check card a $300 penalty fee. Participants with confirmed reservations who fail to check into their reserved accommodations on the first reserved date or who fail to reschedule their reservations AT LEAST TWO (2) WEEKS IN ADVANCE OF CHECK-IN DATE will forfeit the package purchase price. By making a reservation in response to this promotion, you are agreeing to this policy.
